As the 36th anniversary of the Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision approaches, the White House has proclaimed Sunday, January 18, as National Sanctity of Human Life Day. With Barack Obama taking office on Tuesday, the Republican National Coalition for Life says it may be the last such proclamation of its kind for the foreseeable future.
